When making purchases from our Online Stores, shipping charges may apply. It is calculated based on the total weight of your ordered products, your shipping destination country and the selected shipping method. Weight of the products used may be actual or volumetric (bulky but light products), whichever is higher. You are responsible for the payment of all applicable shipping charges, unless indicated otherwise.

Some countries impose a daily value limit for their import shipment. As such, large orders may be split and shipped separately in order to comply with the countries' regulations. As shipping charges reflect the latest rate adopted and may vary from time to time, we will not be able to notify you the exact charges in advance. Your understanding is appreciated. Due to various regulatory and business constraints, BWL and its shipping provider partners may not provide delivery to all countries in the world.

Where applicable, we will estimate and inform you the amount of time required for your shipment to arrive at your designated shipping address. Although we take every best effort to ensure your shipment arrives on time, this is however not guaranteed. The timeliness of your shipment is still subjected to the custom clearance at the country of your shipping destination.

In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email.

Product and Packaging

From time to time, we may modify and improve our product and/or its packaging. When making purchases from our Online Stores via BWL websites, you agree that the actual product you receive may have slight variance from its corresponding picture and/or specification presented on our websites. We are not in any obligation to supply product in the exact accordance to its corresponding picture and/or specification.

Additional Taxes, Levies and Duties

When making purchases from our Online Stores, you agree that costs from additional taxes, levies and duties that may be imposed by the country of your shipping destination are to be borne by you. These extra costs may be excluded from or added to (where applicable) the purchase grand total amount. You are therefore strongly advised to clarify this matter with the authority in the shipment destination country prior to making any order.

Risk of Product Loss and Confiscation

BWL strives to engage the service of professional and reliable shipping providers to deliver products you order from our Online Stores. However, this does not guarantee you will eventually receive the products due to the risk of loss or confiscation. This risk is transferred to you after we ship out your order.

Order Cancellation and Amendment

When making purchases from our Online Stores, you may cancel or amend your order before your order has been shipped out.

You are allowed to change delivery address ONCE for orders that have yet to be shipped. For all other changes, you may cancel your order and place a new order.

A cancellation fee of 5% purchase grand total may apply.

Exchange and Refund

When making purchases from our Online Stores, you may return the products after you have received your order, for an exchange if the products were incorrectly sent or are defective. You may also return the products for a refund if you are dissatisfied with our products for any reasons.

All returns must be done within 7 days from the date of receiving.

The returned products must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Non-defective products returned must be in good and saleable conditions.

The shipping arrangement and charges for the return of incorrectly sent or defective products will be arranged and borne by BWL. For all other returns, the shipping arrangement and charges shall be arranged and borne solely by yourself.

Any refunds made during the stipulated time period will be subjected to processing fees. These may include a 10% administration fees, 5% original credit card charges and 5% original shipping fees calculated based on the returned products' price. These fees will be directly deducted from the refund amount (invoice's total amount).

The refund process may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
